The 30km Of Great Eastern
Hey Hey everyone.... do you had joined any ran on before? got right... but that's school ran right? hahahah... if a school ran, then no need to say much la. today my topic is talk about long run.. hehe!
do u know what is long run? actually long run mean as long distance run, long distance run included 10km, 21km, 42km.. just 10km above that all can called long distance run. almost of people they miss understand it, they only knew ran till body wed wed, felt abit of tired that can say long ran already! hehe~
today on morning i went to 30KM of great eastern.!! that' quite long right?....
As the gun goes off at 6.20am, all participants quickly to adapt theirs jogging speed and style. but i just slowly slowly to catch my speed, and just follow the crowd. on races i can felt alot of uncle though me away..! and Normally in a running event, whenever we meet a familiar face, its always‘Hi and Bye’ situation as we continue to run and its quite impossible to have a conversation. when i ran till 15km, feeling as like wanna give up, cause both of my legs going cramped and especially my heel... on that time got young guy ran throughed to my side, ask me dont give up keep going up... we win together! so i was listened the young guy, and keep going with him, he made me so attention him. hahahaha... so we've jog, chat, walk untill we finish..
when we back to finish line is already 9.20am. we had to spent 3 hours to finished it... in these 3 hours side, i was agony. both of leg going cramped also wan walk run walk run to insist to last... after the finish line , i can felt my sock had to become to uncomfortable, something like got thousand little stones pricking under my feet. orch... !! but this painful is nice for me, very long of time didnt get any cramp. xD
no pain no gain.
And the last of word, i wanna to thanks for the 'young guy'.. thanks u made me more cramped.

I Need More privacy !!!!
8 january.
Hey, let guess what day is it ?? that's my first Day go work with my Dad.
Time pasted with unwittingly, hiazzz.... start work oh, start work oh, ChinPhui !!! for nowaday you've going to unfreedom, and lack of private time. hiaz... Sad ah!!!
I lack of private time mean, My friend go to work with me , for nowaday he would stay at my house for Few Months. I'm really don't know i can tahan or not~~
I know someone day, We will argue one, Cause meet is easy, along is hard.
actually i'm the person don like to share room with friend or Family, cause r00m is a private place, for me la.
hey someone can answer me, do u mind to share Your room with Friend few of months? no right.... unless him/her is Your lover. hahahaha
i'm really dont know how to pass this few of months ah.. someone can teach me?? i so confuse now.....= = hope him can fast fast go get motor license la. and dont rely me too much. cause i got my mission do also. and other way, i need some private time also...

u will be cruely or peace?...
hahahhah... who can give me some advice ? i'm really dont know how to do now.. i just feeling like give ppl invade my place.. ==

Hey everybody, do u have went to 'Pahang' ? no right... hahaha.. today my blog is talk about Pahang trip.
Pahang is a big state of malaysia... but oh, for me ah.. pahang like kampung kampung style. i during there 3day 2 night. i deepper to felt it, there are nice & carefree life.
on the morning when u talk in the street u can feel the air is quited fresh. hmmm.... yami!!
Pahang Kuantan BEACH, is amazing place... for Guy La..... cause almost of girls wore loose loose bikini , and if u're luckily, maybe u can meet some American, they're dont like to wore anything.. they like to wore Free..xD hahahaha.. joke joke joke.
actually when i reached to beach, the first thing i would do, is spread my hand, do a Titanic style... let a sea breeze through to me.... xD
can you tell me what style are u?. freestyle? or maybe same with me. =D
The next place is Pahang Bentong "Hot springs".. that's great place for me... i love that place!!
The 'Hot springs' look like vagetable colours and look so dirty, but a water is pure clean..... And the water is damn Hot.... TEMPERATURE something around 50 c ++.... i think la.. if u play in the water there1 hour, maybe your eggs have to be steam. but very luckily my eggs still havent yet .... hahahaha
Then the last place is Water Fall. this WaterFall like norma normal.. noting special for me. but all my friends very excited & enjoyed ==!!! hahaha.. nevermind.
we in waterfall there took lot of nice picture. but the photographer is me... so i'm lacked of pic... sweat.... lol..!
Because like that.. The sky cried for me... made our last 'black face' to back to Kuala Lumpur.

New year Eve
"Year by year" through to me...... time was same as water fall, none stop falling.
Hey everyone, have you complete any mission on 2008? no right?? nevermind la, we just skip it.
Today, our Topic is talk about future, do u've a plan on Your future in 2009?...
and may i ask you a QUESTION, do u treat Your time like your WIFE?... hahahaha.. this Question is quite hard to answer right? but i can certainly to answered your all, i didn't waste my 2008, i treat my Wife absolutely nice. hahahaha
Because, on last night i did something very perciously =) i called her again.. we chat about 2hour on phone. but i did wrong, i used wrong word on the chat... made her not to trust me much. hiaz... Sad aH... nevermind, time will prove it, that i treat you very seriously.
i use this word to end my blog, talk about love better talk about future..^^

aimless Kampar trip
christmas Eve was over.... alarm ringing into my head, ChinPhui u supposed to wake up immediately now..... Your Future girl Friend was waiting for you oh =D
quick quick ChinPhui dont wasted your time to makeup and your shirt la... she was waiting now, do u wan she wait u?..... of course no la... actually hope i can reach there , before she havent come YET. where got guy like his Gf Waiting For him? ==
so when i after woke up.. i used 15 minutes settled all my things, something like brush teeth, wash face, breakfast, drink milk, Change shirt, wore shoe and important Christmas Present.
but very unluckily i cant found the taman bukit jaili gate behind, on the road i waste my 20++ minutes to find gate.
then i look at the time is 7.30 soon. so i dont wan waste more time to finding gate behind, i straight away parked to front gate. then very rushed to find her out, hope can See her soon. i jogged jogged , jogged untill the toilet area there, i Seen her....!! She was jogged very gracefully on my side coming, then we distance step by step to going beside. after that all my worries were gone. hahaha...
oph...~i forgot to take my present, on Car There.... .... nevermind la... she asked me keep TO the present first, send her next time. cause taman there got alot of people hang around. after that we walk walk, walk until she mom after jogging.
happy hour pass quite faster... not long she parents finding her. i thought i suppose to go now la, okay la, c u my future Gf.

10 o'clock le... we suppose to start our journey, lit foung brought us to his father kampar farm there. we stored in kampar there 3 days.. this 3 days got 2days is went to Cc. Damn boring ah~
always Cc, he not boring meh? and lose , win noting to get also. wasting time & money.
nevermind la. Cc then Cc... who ask me is ur best friend, company these last time la, after the kampar, i wont step to Cc again, i swear. cause my future GF, she dont like Cc, and she said 1 time 2 time is fine, but i knew she hope i dont go better oh. hahahah.
so everyone my friends, if u read my blog already, please dont bring me go Cc.... If not 打架的啊. lol...
we not only Cc We Went... we got went kampar finding makan!... and play some card game, fishing, wah jong, rich man, and testing new cook style, we steam the fish added samba sauce.. after we done it... the fish look horibble & terrible, taste very very failed.... lol.. give dog eat, dog wan to consider it also. hahaha...so finally we decision threw it to dustbin.

last day ah.. after breakfast, then back oh.. hahahaha...
so this 3days were during aimless life. but this okay la.... better then stay at house oh! hehehe...
